Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their orders under the following conditions:

1. Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before they are processed and shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at cs@qwicker.co.uk with your order details and a request for cancellation.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders: If the cancellation request is made within the specified timeframe and before processing, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 3-5 days.

Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our cancellation policy:

• Customized or personalized orders that have already entered production cannot be cancelled.
• Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or are in transit cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our refund policy.
